Here’s a note from the coach::
Congratulations on a great first half!!! Yes, we had our bloopers but we survived and made the game a nail biter for our wonderful fans. Speaking of our fans, when you have the opportunity, please tell our fans thank you for their support, they are awesome. Two of the Park Street players came to me after the game and offered congratulations and to let me know that they are coming after us the second half. We are now the target. I will let you the know the second half schedule when I receive it from the coordinator. Thanks to all of you for a job well done. Have a great week off and I will see you Sunday.
Well boys here’s the good news. No matter what happens during the next 8 games, we’ve got a spot in the Championship. The bad news, everyone is gunning for us. Even though we know we’ve got a spot in the Championship game, we cannot let up. If we win the 2nd half, we won’t have to play in the Championship game.
Like the Coach said, we are officially now the target. However, we’ve been the target since the beginning. No other team has wanted to lose to the “new guys” - but everybody did. Now, we’ve got to play the 2nd half as well as we played the first half and not even give another team the opportunity to play us in the Championship. Now is not the time to slack off. Now is the time to turn up the heat and play like the Champions we are.
It is astounding to think that 8 weeks ago many of us had never played together. Many of us didn’t know each other but now, we have beaten every other team in our league. We worked together and we beat the odds.

if that doesn’t get you motivated and fired up to play, i don’t think anything will.
ok guys, we let one get away from us last week but tonight we get back on the winning streak. tonight we’ve got Eagle Point and if the last game against them is any indication, we should be ok.
last game we came out and scored 11 runs in the top half of the first inning and were only able to muster 9 more after that. we won 20-6.
let’s come out tonight ready to get back on the winning streak.
